LanderUp – Peer-to-Peer Lending Application for SMEs

Many MSMEs face difficulties accessing funding from formal financial institutions. LanderUp is a mobile application designed to provide peer-to-peer lending solution.

01 / Process

How the work unfolded

The development process applied Design Thinking methodology to ensure the solution truly addressed user needs. The project began with UX research, where we conducted interviews and surveys with potential borrowers and lenders to identify their pain points and expectations.

Based on these insights, the team collaborated to brainstorm ideas, create user flows, and design a low-fidelity prototype, which was later refined into a high-fidelity mobile prototype. The interface was designed to be simple, intuitive, and accessible for MSMEs with varying levels of digital literacy.

The core features were then implemented using a mobile development framework, followed by iterative testing to evaluate functionality, responsiveness, and security. Regular feedback sessions within the team allowed us to quickly identify issues and improve the overall user experience.

As a result, the LanderUp application was successfully completed and received a satisfying grade in the Mobile Programming course.
