While numerous learning resources exist, including books, e-learning applications, and courses, they often fall short in providing effective personalization. Furthermore, existing placement tests can be time-consuming, and self-assessments are prone to subjective bias. This project aims to address these issues by developing an efficient and adaptive TOEFL learning application that leverages generative AI to deliver a personalized learning experience tailored to the user's CEFR proficiency level.

Processed and curated a specialized summarization dataset from over 400+ annual report documents from company listed in IDX. Fine-tuned open-source models LLaMA and Mistral, using the LoRa method for memory-efficient adaptation. The resulting specialized model outperformed a baseline model with 2x larger parameters, demonstrating significant gains in performance and efficiency. Designed and built an automated data pipeline for the system, handling processes from data ingestion to final summary generation. Teaching Assistant (September 2023 - June 2024) Led practicum sessions for 80+ students in Data Mining, Data Warehouse, and Visual Mobile Programming.
